Training Collaboration

Training

We build competency-based training programs; we set learning goals that aim not only in knowledge transfer but also in developing skills and attitudes. We deisgn our trainings with an interactive approach which is learner-centered where participants learn by having fun, pushing their boundaries and realizing their skills and attitudes.

In the trainings we follow a method based on Experiential Learning; we provide dialogue rather than
monologue, it provides interaction rather than a one-way transfer, rather than following a general and uniform methodology, we create an enriched learning environment that covers different learning styles.

  1. With ice breaker games and warm-up exercises, we increase group dynamics and motivation and prepare participants for learning process.
  2. We apply learning games and simulations on the subject of training.
  3. Individuals test their limits, skills, and behavioral habits in simulations and experience a realistic experience.
  4. The simulation in the debrief session is analyzed together. We introduce the leading theoretical framework and models related to the subject.
  5. Participants are brainstorming about what needs to be done for the development of the subject matter.
  6. Brainstorm outputs are transformed into learning plans. At the same time, these outputs are shared with the relevant unit of the institution.
