DeM pioneered the Experiential Learning Development Project, featuring an innovative Training of Trainers (ToT) program that seamlessly integrates theories from renowned scholars David Kolb and Paulo Freire. Local pilot programs launched in 2016, with insights and outcomes compiled in the insightful book, “Experiential Pedagogy of the Oppressed.” After receiving accolades at the 5th Experiential Learning Conference in the USA, the program has successfully expanded to international audiences. In 2023, the sixth ToT program will be graciously hosted by FEIO, under the expert coordination of IELN.
