ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our company that prepared a special training program for volunteers who will work in the 25th World University Winter Games provided a training to 2400 volunteers with 20 trainers for 1 month. Interactive trainings and simulations were organized in Team Work, Communication, Intercultural Dialogue, Conflict Management, Risk Management, Time and Stress Management topics.
