16 people from Portugal, Estonia, Netherlands, Lithuania, Romania, Spain, Croatia and Turkey are participated to Training Course.
The project aimed to enable the participants to explore and develop their personal leadership competencies in order to direct and equip themselves and youth groups with the necessary tools. During the training course, the participants focused on personal leadership and approached the internal leadership from a holistic perspective.
In order to reach the project objectives, all participants performed many workshops, sessions, presentations and applications.
During the trips in the project area, our participants experienced the happiness of witnessing a festival in Canary Islands. They completed the project with many colorful images and various information.
