For teachers and trainers, we apply National and International Long Term Trainer Trainings, which consist of four stages.
We are organizing a Trainer Training which combines the Experiential Learning Methodology and Freire’s Problem Descriptive Dialogue. based training techniques.
Participants read and research on Freire’s educational approaches centered on experience and dialogue, particularly the Pedagogy of the Oppressed. This process is supported by DeM’s Online Learning System.
Participants enter into a dialogue with the target group using Freire’s coding and decoding techniques. In this process of dialogue, the deep needs of learners are discovered in bricket and training methods are developed according to these needs. Existing curricula are interactive with experiential learning methodology.
At the end of the process, all this experience is evaluated in the finest detail and the outputs are transformed into future learning plans.
As DeM Experiential Education Center, we organize long-term trainings by using various grant programs. In addition, we design and implement special training programs for institutions.
